wildly therapeutic

hey love, welcome to

where you will find next steps to lead you back to your unbelievable inner peace. Wildly Therapeutic is a place where you can work with a Peace Guide in a safe space to bring peace and freedom into every area of your life.

I love spending time with my doting husband, my pup, and friends and family. I often find myself doing anything that feels peaceful to my mind, body and soul. Unless I’m napping or spending time in a quiet warm bath, I’m often with others connecting in deep, fun and real conversations of life, love and the pursuit of peace. I enjoy coffee shop dates, long walks and talks, exploring nature, capturing beauty through photography, ballroom dance, massages, cold showers, travel and cozy time at home.

I am a lover of people, peace and all things nature.

work with me

You know that feeling you get when you’re sitting across from a friend who genuinely cares about your well-being? There’s a sense of love, acceptance and an ease to sharing your story with them. This is what it feels like to work with me, a Peace Guide. I listen, support and offer beneficial tools to use in your daily life to consistently come back to your peace. With your willingness and responsibility, I can lead you down a path of healing you deserve.

"a well of deep truth"

Sharing space with Tabitha, brought forward a deep well of truth that was waiting to be embraced and in her presence I felt seen in my fears, in my doubts, and in my deep desire to be understood.

"at my darkest moments, I felt loved, accepted, and free"

Tabitha has an uncanny way of connecting in such an authentic way. She incorporates creative approaches that I feel she intuited just for me. Even at my darkest moments, I felt loved, accepted, and free to just be me. She truly is a gift to the world, and a healer, and I feel blessed to have met her!

"I was able to come back to my peace"

When Tabitha held space in a moment of frustration, I was able to come back to my peace. I felt calm and comfortable in her presence.
