welcome to wildly therapeutic

I believe every woman deserves to have access to the peace that surpasses all understanding and the freedom that comes when we are able to walk in it.

My life is a living example of what it looks like to live with and without the peace that I believe only comes from our Maker.

I have been there, in the chaos, feeling like parts of me were missing, neglected, forgotten or thrown away, believing I wasn’t worthy, I wasn’t enough, I didn’t deserve what I wanted and couldn’t have what my heart longs for.⁣

I have felt lost, stressed and exhausted emotionally, mentally and physically not knowing where to turn, who I was, or what the point was anymore.

Thankfully, my path did not end there.

By the grace of God, He showed me a better way.

He reminded me of who He is and who I am because of who He made me to be. He pointed me in the direction of His love, joy and peace that He freely gives to those who ask.

He gave me something better to live for than myself and this world and I am in awe.

He has become my compass on this journey of life and a gift I desire to share with women who are ready for new life, a better life and a life worth living.

Wildly Therapeutic was born for the purpose of creating space for women to receive the same kind of peace I get to experience on the beautiful road of life.

The peace of God is nothing like what the world has to offer and it’s time more people get to experience authentic, heart-changing, mind-altering, life-transforming, lasting peace that goes beyond anything we can understand.

When this peace is a part of our day, it changes everything…decisions, relationships, finances, career; how we think, how we speak, how we act; our priorities, our problems, our pain.

At the heart of Wildly Therapeutic is faith in the Almighty, One and Only, God of the universe who truly has our best interest at heart, desiring relationship with us and making His presence known by His creation of every living thing.

You may have mountains that need to be moved. You may feel like the storm will never end. Well, I’m here to tell you that I know the God who moves mountains and calms the storm.

My heart and desire is to take women on a journey of peace that comes from our Maker alone, to watch this peace ignite a fire within their soul and radically change their everyday life and the world around them.

Whether you’ve experienced this before and want to return home with a Peace Guide, or have never known this way of living, I would be honored to walk this road with you and show you The Way.

You’re here and that makes my heart so happy

I love hugs, real hugs, not the ones that feel obligatory or awkward, but the ones that feel like a full embrace, with love and acceptance. The “I see you” hugs.

fun facts

Soft, squishy and furry blankets are the best. I often walk through stores by feel with my hand out wandering over all the different textures.

My wardrobe is growing with onesies! I love wearing any clothing that makes me feel confident, put together, and the less the better.

I enjoy conversation topics that make many feel uncomfortable, including finances, sex, relationships and emotions…all the good stuff.

I can play at least one song on every instrument in my home (except for the new arrivals). My favorite is playing the ukulele.

I have 8 tattoos that took about 15 sessions to complete, and yes, I love all of them. 1 of them is a matching tattoo with my husband.

"a well of deep truth"

Sharing space with Tabitha, brought forward a deep well of truth that was waiting to be embraced and in her presence I felt seen in my fears, in my doubts, and in my deep desire to be understood.

"at my darkest moments, I felt loved, accepted, and free"

Tabitha has an uncanny way of connecting in such an authentic way. She incorporates creative approaches that I feel she intuited just for me. Even at my darkest moments, I felt loved, accepted, and free to just be me. She truly is a gift to the world, and a healer, and I feel blessed to have met her!

"these sessions gave me my voice back"

These sessions gave me my voice back, my ability to express myself clearly and concisely for a goal.

"I was able to come back to my peace"

When Tabitha held space in a moment of frustration, I was able to come back to my peace. I felt calm and comfortable in her presence.
